Responsibilities :-

Operations and Quality Control:
  • Implement effective quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Manage material procurement and optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Techno Sales & Marketing:
  • Lead and direct sales activities related to manufactured products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and service programs, including short- term and long-term plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor customer preferences and market trends to focus sales efforts effectively.
  • Engage with prospective customers to present product information and explain available services, enhancing customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners, focusing on value-added solutions and collaborative sales efforts.
  • Conduct market mapping and manage competition data to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies that balance company objectives with customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding products and technical support, ensuring a high level of service Business Analysis and Cost Optimization
  • Conduct business and market studies to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse operational costs and implement cost optimization initiatives to improve profitability while maintaining product quality.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage business P&L and EBITDA, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. Requirements -  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
